Delivery Information

Delivery Information Retail Orders Only

We offer Free Postage on all retail orders over £50 which will be processed within 48hrs of Receipt and dispatched Royal Mail second class based on a Monday to Friday schedule. If you want a weeekend delivery this can be arranged at an additional cost.


All UK retail orders over £50 delivered free Royal Mail second class is subject to promotions when the limit may be lowered or raised ie if we have codes running ect. Free shipping options only apply to retail UK orders. 

We have the right to change the postage amount at any given time.

Please note Next Day delivery is subject to stock availability and items ordered ie if ingredients are required that need ordering there may be a slight delay on your order which we will inform you of via email as soon as possible.

For Same Day despatch please ensure orders are placed before our 2pm cut off. This is subject to stock availability and items ordered.

Saturday delivery service is available at an additional cost please contact us

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you’re shopping with us in any way either online or by telephone you are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations. These were established to ensure you have an the opportunity to cancel your order.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time, up to 7 working days after the day you receive it.

If you have paid a delivery charge, this will also be refunded, unless you’re only returning part of the order. If this is the case, you will still need to pay the  delivery charge in full and it cannot be refunded.

The item/s must be returned to us in the original packaging in a sellable condition. It is your responsibility to return the items to us, or to arrange collection of larger items. This needs to be done within 14 days of receipt at your cost , please note we will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit to us.

These terms do not apply to items that have been personalised or to intimate, perishable or time-critical goods including Atomisers.

Customers are responsible to check there orders at checkout and again with order confirmation email for any errors. Once your parcel has left us we are not held liable for any mistakes made on the customers behalf and cannot replace any items ordered.

We cannot accept returns on items that are not provided with a tamper proof cap (any of our concentrates except 30ml). So please check you are ordering exactly what you require, as we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes made by customer error. Customer comments can be added to the order if you want to give us any instructions/preferences etc, however it is your responsibility to check that the comment has loaded correctly and is visible on your order confirmation.

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail 1st class signed for post (aim to deliver next day but please allow a couple of days to arrive) or Royal Mail 2nd class. If your items are damaged or in a poor state please refuse items so that it is returned to us.... Once a parcel is signed for we cannot take any responsibility for damaged items. Once the parcel has been returned to us , we will contact you to arrange redelivery of replacement items.
